Palm Harbor Homes is proud to announce that Cavco Industries was ranked #13 in Forbes Magazine’s list of America’s 100 Best Small Companies! Palm Harbor is a part of the Cavco Industries family along with several other brands that specialize in the design and production of factory-built manufactured and modular homes.
For 25 years, Forbes has been ranking small companies from all industries based on their consistent sales and earnings growth. To be considered, companies must have generated less than $1 billion in annual revenue, have a stock price no lower than $5/share and have been publicly traded for at least a year, and cannot have major legal issues or involvement in shady accounting practices.
“Being ranked highly on Forbes 35th annual list of America’s 100 Best Small Companies is a great honor,” states Joe Stegmayer, Cavco President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our associates to provide outstanding homes and construction services while generating value to our shareholders. We are thankful to our customers, associates, suppliers and our shareholders for helping us earn this wonderful distinction.”
